주제: 직장에서 자신의 필요를 주장하고 팀을 위해 옹호하는 방법

직장에서 자신이나 팀의 요구를 적절하게 어필하는 것은 매우 중요해. 특히 요청할 때에는 단순히 필요성을 설명하는 것뿐만 아니라, 요청이 회사나 팀의 목표와 어떻게 연결되는지 논리적으로 제시하는 것이 효과적이야. 예를 들어, "I believe this will improve our team’s performance by..."와 같은 문장으로 팀 전체에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 이유를 설명해주면 더 설득력이 높아져.

또, "Could we consider...", "It would be beneficial if..." 등의 표현은 요청을 부드럽게 제안하면서도, 필요성을 강조하는 좋은 방법이야. 반면, "We need...", **"It is crucial that..."**는 더 강력한 어조로 사용해야 할 때 유용해. 반대 의견이 나올 때에는 "I understand your concern, but..." 또는 "I see where you're coming from, however..." 등의 표현을 사용하여 상대방의 입장을 먼저 인정하고, 그 후에 자신의 주장을 전개하면 갈등을 최소화할 수 있어.

마지막으로, 도움을 요청할 때는 "I would appreciate your support on..." 또는 **"It would make a big difference if we could get assistance with..."**처럼 부탁을 정중하게 요청하는 것이 중요해. 동시에 이 도움 요청이 조직이나 팀 전체에 어떻게 긍정적인 변화를 줄 수 있는지도 함께 설명하면 좋아

It is crucial to request your or your team’s need properly at work. Especially, when you ask something, it could be more effective suggesting logically how your request would relate to the company or team’s goal rather than just explaining your needs.. Like using “I believe this will improve our team’s performance by…” mentioning the reason why it can affect your whole team positively could enhance 설득력..?

Also, “Could we consider…”, “It would be beneficial if…” these are good expressions for suggesting requests smoothly and empathizing the needs. Whereas, “We need…”, “It is crucial that…” these are useful when there is a need to talk more directly. When the opposite opinion occurs, using expressions such as “I understand your concern, but…” or “I see where you’re coming from, however…”, it let us putting on the other’s shoes, then continuing your own opinion and can make diminish conflicts.

Finally, when you ask a help, “I would appreciate your support on…” or “It would make a big difference if we could get assistance with” asking a favor politely is important. At the same time, it could be more efficient to explain how this request I make can make a positive difference in organization or whole team.
