영작연습 프로젝트 Day 1

overall 8점을 위해 100일 프로젝트를 해보려고 한다.  

주말없이, 정말 매일. 해보자!


주제: 자기 돌봄의 중요성

자신을 돌보는 것은 단순히 몸을 챙기는 것뿐만 아니라, 마음과 정신을 건강하게 유지하는 것까지 포함됩니다. 많은 사람들이 자기 돌봄을 사치로 여기거나 미뤄두지만, 이는 필수적인 부분입니다. 우리의 감정 상태는 일상에서 겪는 스트레스와 책임감에 영향을 받기 때문에, 충분한 휴식과 내면의 평화를 찾는 시간은 더욱 중요합니다.
자기 돌봄을 위해서는 스스로를 알아가고, 자신의 한계를 존중하는 것이 필요합니다. 무리하게 책임을 떠안지 않고, 가끔은 다른 사람에게 도움을 요청하는 것도 자기 돌봄의 한 방법입니다. 결국 자기 돌봄은 자신의 행복과 건강을 지키기 위한 출발점이자, 타인과 건강한 관계를 맺기 위한 필수 조건입니다.
마지막으로, 자기 돌봄은 규칙적인 일상 속에서도 쉽게 실천할 수 있습니다. 작은 루틴을 만들어 하루 중 잠깐의 시간을 내어 자신에게 집중해보세요. 이는 긴 시간과 많은 노력이 필요한 것이 아니라, 작은 변화로도 충분히 효과를 볼 수 있습니다.

Self-Care means not only taking care of your physical health, but also include keeping your mental and spiritual mind are in good condition. A lot of people think it is like an extra, it is a essential. Since our emotional status is affected by our daily stress or responsibility, having spare time to take enough rest and to find your inner peace is even more important. To care yourself,  it is necessary to get to know yourself and respect your own boundaries. Sometimes, it can be one of the self-care way to ask someone help rather than burdening yourself too much or stretching yourself too much. Eventually, self-care is the first step for maintaining your happiness and health as well as essential condition to build a healthy relationship with others. Lastly, you could easily practice self-care in a daily basis. Sparing time to focus?/concentrate? on yourself by your simple routine during a day. It doesn't have to spare long time or a lot of efforts, because it can still effective by small changes.
