 새로운 식당이 성공할 가능성이 있다고 생각합니다. 동네에 다양한 음식을 제공하는 곳이 부족한데, 이 식당이 독특한 메뉴와 좋은 서비스를 제공한다면 많은 사람들이 찾을 것 같습니다. 특히, 위치도 접근성이 좋아서 사람들이 쉽게 방문할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

I think a new restaurant could be successful. Whilst there is not enough restaurant that has multiple choices nearby, I think people are going to visit the restaurant if this restaurant could provide unique menu and service of good quality. Especially, the location is pretty much accessible for people to visit easily.
